Hi, I’m Kate - the person behind S O R T E D.
Behind the scenes of your business, things should feel organised, consistent, and under control.
That’s where I come in.
I didn’t set out to start a business like this.
I’ve just always been the person who ends up organising everything.
In every role I’ve had - whether it was property, short-term lets, or working in early-stage businesses - I was the one keeping things moving, making sure nothing got missed, and bringing structure to what felt a bit chaotic.
I’ve worked really closely with founders over the last few years, and I kept noticing the same thing:
They had great ideas and growing businesses… but everything behind the scenes felt messy, inconsistent, or overwhelming.
At the same time, I started an Instagram account for my dog (which started very casually), and ended up growing it into something that brought in brand deals, collaborations, and a genuinely engaged audience!
That showed me how much consistency and small, daily actions actually matter -not just in content, but in business as a whole.
At some point it just clicked.
Founders don’t need more ideas.
They need someone to actually keep things running properly.
Someone to:
-
stay on top of things
-
keep everything organised
-
make sure nothing slips
-
and take the pressure off
That’s where Sorted. came from.
I work with founders to:
Manage their social media consistently
Keep on top of admin and day-to-day tasks
Bring structure to how their business runs
Build simple systems that actually work
I’m not an agency, and I don’t overcomplicate things.
You won’t get loads of jargon or unnecessary processes—just reliable support that fits into your business and makes your day-to-day easier.
A little more about me
I’m very detail-focused, naturally organised, and someone who just gets on with things without needing to be managed.
I care about doing things properly, keeping things consistent, and making sure nothing gets forgotten.
And outside of work, I’m usually:
-
walking my dog (Molly)
-
creating content
-
spending time with family
-
or thinking about how to make things run more smoothly (even when I probably shouldn’t be!)
If your business feels a bit all over the place behind the scenes, you’re not the only one.
And it doesn’t have to stay that way.
